美國商務部（DOC）於114年12月8日公告114年11月及12月可申請行政複查案件清單，其中，與我國相關案件如下，利害關係人倘欲申請行政複查，得於本（114）年12月31日前提出申請。

• 本（114）年11月可申請反傾銷行政複查案件（調查期間均為113年12月1日至114年11月30日）：
  • ​圓形非合金焊接鋼管（Certain Circular Welded Non-Alloy Steel Pipe）
  • 熱軋碳鋼產品（Certain Hot-Rolled Carbon Steel Flat Products）
     
• ​本（114）年12月可申請反傾銷行政複查案件（調查期間均為113年12月1日至114年11月30日）：
  • ​碳鋼管配件（Carbon Steel Butt-Weld Pipe Fittings）
  • 非方向性電磁鋼片（Non-Oriented Electrical Steel）
  • 鋼絲衣架（Steel Wire Garment Hangers）
  • 焊接不銹鋼管（Welded ASTM A-312 Stainless Steel Pipe）
     
• 本（114）年12月可申請平衡稅行政複查案件：
  • ​非方向性電磁鋼片（Non-Oriented Electrical Steel，複查期間為113年1月1日至12月31日）
